Privacy Policy
LAGA Church operates LAGA Church YouTube, a content-management application that helps authorized church team members prepare and manage YouTube content.
When you connect your Google account, the application may access the Google account and YouTube information needed to provide its features, including your name, email address, channel identity, videos, playlists, thumbnails, titles, descriptions, and related metadata. We access only the permissions you approve.
We use this information to authenticate authorized users, identify the connected YouTube channel, create or manage YouTube content at your direction, maintain and secure the application, and provide support.
We do not sell personal information or use Google user data for advertising or unrelated profiling. Our use of Google data follows Google’s API Services User Data Policy and Limited Use requirements.
OAuth credentials and tokens are protected with access controls and are not intentionally displayed in the application interface or logs. We retain information only as long as necessary to operate the service, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations.
You may request deletion of information associated with your account by contacting [support email]. You may also revoke access through your Google Account security settings.
The service is intended for authorized church team members and is not directed to children under 13.

Terms of Service
These Terms govern authorized use of LAGA Church YouTube, operated by LAGA Church.
The service is for authorized LAGA Church staff, volunteers, and contractors who manage the church’s YouTube content. You must use your own authorized account, keep your credentials secure, and follow applicable church policies and laws.
The service uses Google and YouTube APIs. Your use of Google and YouTube remains subject to their applicable terms and policies. You must have permission to manage any channel, video, image, music, or other material you submit.
You are responsible for content you create, upload, schedule, or publish, including its accuracy, permissions, copyright compliance, privacy, and compliance with YouTube policies.
You may not access another person’s account without authorization, upload unlawful or infringing material, bypass security controls, misuse Google or YouTube APIs, or interfere with the service.
LAGA Church may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service or any feature. The service is provided on an “as available” basis and may not be uninterrupted or error-free.
Access may be suspended or terminated if you violate these Terms, lose authorization, or no longer have a church-related need for access.
